Social Tradia was created to offer a secure marketplace where users can buy and sell social media entities. By using Social Tradia, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

There are certain limitations to what you can expect from us:

Social Tradia does not guarantee any claims or promises made by sellers.

Social Tradia monitors the authenticity of users and members on the platform.

Social Tradia is not liable for what happens after a listing ends.

If we catch you trying to spam or scam our users, we will ban you without notice.

Seller Terms

If you create any type of listing on Social Tradia, you agree to the following rules:

You will only post accounts and pages that are owned by you.

You will only register a Social Tradia account for yourself and no one else.

You agree that we may terminate your listing at any time for any reason.

You will not game or manipulate your feedback score on Social Tradia.

If you are caught breaking any of the rules above, your account may be terminated.

Listing Terms

Social Tradia offers different types of listings. All listings must follow these rules:

  • The same listing cannot be posted multiple times until the old one expires or is deleted by us.
  • You agree that we may terminate your listing at any time for any reason.

Description Guidelines

When creating a listing, the description should clearly explain what your page is about, when it was created, and who the audience is.

  • When creating multiple listings, each listing must have a unique description. Copy-pasted descriptions are not allowed.
  • Do not include contact information in the description. Buyers must communicate with sellers through Social Tradia messaging.
  • Listings that do not follow these guidelines may be terminated at any time.

Refund Policy

Once the buyer changes the account credentials, the buyer has 24 hours to test the account. The account is eligible for a refund if:

  • The request is made within 24 hours after the credentials were changed.
  • The account has not been damaged, altered, or misused.

If these conditions are met, the account may be refunded and the refund will be processed within one week. This rule only applies to masked accounts, since the buyer already has the account name prior to purchase and therefore has the ability to review the account before completing the transaction.

Non-Delivered Accounts

If a buyer completes a payment but the account is not delivered for any reason, Social Tradia will not hold the payment indefinitely.

  • Funds will be held for a maximum of 90 business days.
  • After this period, the payment will be converted into store credit.
  • The credit can be used toward the purchase of another account on Social Tradia.

Identity Verification (ID Requirement)

For purchases above $100 USD, Social Tradia may require identity verification. Protecting buyers and sellers is one of Social Tradia's main responsibilities. In order to protect both parties, an online contract may require a valid form of identification.

Please consider the following:

  • The product being purchased is a digital good.
  • Digital goods do not have shipping tracking numbers, which means traditional seller protection does not apply.
  • An online contract helps protect the seller, and an ID helps validate that contract.
  • Social Tradia deals with credit card fraud regularly, and identity verification helps prevent fraudulent transactions.
  • Your ID will be kept fully confidential and deleted after a certain period of time.
  • Your cooperation helps keep the Social Tradia community safe.
