Social Tradia Reviews

Social Tradia has proudly delivered over 30,000 accounts, and our outstanding reputation has come through the consistent effort of many team members who have ensured each account delivery is fully secure over the years.

We have dedicated ourselves to providing exceptional customer service for many years, which resulted in over 1000 positive reviews and a 4.8-star rating on Trustpilot since 2016. However, as of Oct 26th, 2023, we do not have access to these reviews on Trustpilot.

What happened to our reviews on Trustpilot?

Social Tradia, as the market leader alongside other social media account marketplaces, lost access to Trustpilot reviews following a request from Meta Inc. This situation does not reflect the quality of our services, and customer satisfaction remains very important to us.

Trustpilot appreciated our business during our years on the platform, and their team contacted and praised us many times. We are now exploring alternative review platforms aligned with our values and principles.

For your information, here is the letter we received from Trustpilot:

Trustpilot only works with businesses that align with its values and core beliefs, as set out in its Code of Ethics and reinforced by its commitment not to do business with companies it considers a bad fit. The removal of socialtradia.com was not a judgment of illegal versus legal activity. Trustpilot explained that certain industries, including the sale of social media accounts or engagement statistics, do not align with its Code of Ethics.

Trustpilot also noted that companies in a grey space may not be immediately identified when being onboarded, and that this action could create a negative image over our time with Trustpilot.
